Undelivered work
If we fail to deliver an agreed placement and cannot provide a suitable replacement, you are entitled to a refund or credit for that specific undelivered item.
Replacements
If a delivered link is removed by the publisher within the agreed guarantee window, we will replace it with an equivalent placement at no extra cost before any refund is considered.
No refunds for ranking outcomes
Because search rankings depend on factors outside our control, we do not offer refunds based on ranking, traffic or revenue results. We refund for non-delivery of contracted work, not for SEO outcomes.
Work already completed
Refunds do not apply to placements that have been delivered as agreed, including content written and published, as these costs are already incurred.
Custom and retainer work
For managed retainers, refunds apply only to undelivered portions of the current billing cycle. Completed deliverables within the cycle are non-refundable.
